Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to WellSight. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled. By submitting a booking request or completing a payment, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered requests until payment is completed.

A session is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed, either online via the payment link sent by email or, for in-person sessions, on-site on the day of the session.

Unpaid booking requests may be cancelled without notice.

1. Therapy & Consultation Sessions

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time.

  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): No refund.

  • Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used. The session may be shortened and is non-refundable.

2. Neuropsychology Assessments

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time.

  • Late cancellation (less than 48 hours): No refund.

  • Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used and non-refundable.

3. Packages

  • Packages are discounted bundles.

  • Non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

  • Sessions included in a package must be used within 4 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Add-ons

  • The add-on “Follow-up 10 Days (+40 EUR)” is non-refundable once started.

5. Group Support

  • Payments are captured only after the minimum number of participants is reached.

  • If the minimum is not reached, you may choose either:

    • A full refund, or

    • Transfer to a future group.

6. Payment Links & Expiry

  • Payment links are valid for 2 days unless otherwise stated.

  • If payment is not completed within this time, the booking request may be cancelled automatically.

7. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued via Mollie to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

  • Payment provider fees may be non-refundable.
