Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to WellSight. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Therapy & Consultation Sessions

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • After 24 hours: No refund.

  • Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used; the session may be shortened and non-refundable.

2. Neuropsychology Assessments

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment.

  • After 48 hours: No refund.

  • Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used; the session may be shortened and non-refundable.

3. Packages

  • Packages are discounted bundles.

  • Non-refundable after the first session has taken place.

  • Sessions in a package must be used within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Add-ons

  • “Follow-up 10 Days (+40 EUR)” is non-refundable once started.

5. Group Support

  • Charges are captured only after the minimum number of participants is reached.

  • If the group does not reach the minimum, you may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future group.

6. Payment Links & Expiry

  • Payment links expire after 2 days.

  • Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled.

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds (when applicable) are issued via Mollie to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by payment method (usually 5–10 business days).

  • Payment provider fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
