
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to WellSight. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Therapy & Consultation Sessions
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.
After 24 hours: No refund.
Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible.
No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used; the session may be shortened and non-refundable.
2. Neuropsychology Assessments
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment.
After 48 hours: No refund.
Rescheduling: Possible subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible.
No-shows or late arrivals: Considered used; the session may be shortened and non-refundable.
3. Packages
Packages are discounted bundles.
Non-refundable after the first session has taken place.
Sessions in a package must be used within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
4. Add-ons
“Follow-up 10 Days (+40 EUR)” is non-refundable once started.
5. Group Support
Charges are captured only after the minimum number of participants is reached.
If the group does not reach the minimum, you may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future group.
6. Payment Links & Expiry
Payment links expire after 2 days.
Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled.
7. Refund Method
Refunds (when applicable) are issued via Mollie to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by payment method (usually 5–10 business days).
Payment provider fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
