Welcome to WellSight. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our services. By accessing our website or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.1. Services. We provide therapy, consultation, and neuropsychology services as described on our website. Availability may vary. Online or in-person sessions are indicated during the booking process.

2. Booking & Eligibility

Booking flow: Date → Time → Form → Confirmation.
Selected date/time must be accurate; our system prevents double bookings.
If the method is “Online,” certain departments (e.g., Neuropsychology) may not be available.

3. Discounts & Eligibility

Students: must upload valid proof of enrollment. After verification, we send a discounted payment link manually.
NGOs: must describe their request (group, training, sessions, number of participants). We will tailor an agreement and send a payment link manually.

4. Add-ons & Packages

Add-on: “Follow-up 10 Days (+40 EUR)” will appear as a separate invoice line if selected.
If you choose “Package of 3 Sessions + Follow-up”, the add-on will be disabled (already included).

5. Group Support

Confirmation emails are sent only when the minimum number of participants is reached. Until then, clients receive an automatic waiting list message.

6. Payments

Payments are handled through Mollie Checkout (Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, Klarna, Pay by Bank).

Klarna notice: If you choose Klarna, your personal data will be shared with Klarna for credit checks. See Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
Payment links expire after 2 days.

8. Conduct & Use

Clients must provide accurate information and not misuse our website or services.

9. Disclaimer

Content on this website is for general information only and not a substitute for emergency medical care. In an emergency, call local services immediately.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Additional Disclaimers

No guarantee of outcomes: While we aim to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results from therapy, consultation, or assessments.
Client responsibility: Clients remain fully responsible for any decisions and actions they take during or after the sessions.
Not an emergency service: Our services are not suitable for clients in acute crisis. If you are in an emergency situation, please contact local emergency services immediately.
Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
Intellectual property: All materials provided during sessions (e.g., worksheets, guides) are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of WellSight.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled by Finnish courts, unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Confidentiality & Recordings

All sessions are strictly confidential.
Recording (video or audio) of sessions is not permitted unless both client and therapist provide written consent in advance.
Unauthorized recording or sharing may result in termination of services and could lead to legal consequences under privacy and data protection laws.
