Welcome to WellSight. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our services. By accessing our website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Services

WellSight provides Short-term therapy and consultation services as described on the website.
Service availability may vary, and sessions may be delivered either online or in person, as indicated during the booking process.

2. Booking & Appointment Confirmation

  • The booking process follows these steps:
    Select date → Select time → Complete form → Request review

  • All bookings are considered booking requests until payment is completed.

  • An appointment is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed, either via the secure payment link sent by email or, for in-person sessions, on-site on the day of the appointment.

  • Unpaid booking requests may be cancelled without notice.

3. Discounts & Eligibility

  • Students: A valid proof of enrolment is required. After verification, a discounted payment link will be sent manually.

  • NGOs & community organisations: Requests must include relevant details (e.g. type of service, number of participants). A tailored arrangement and payment link will be provided after review.

4. Add-ons & Packages

  • The add-on “Follow-up 10 Days (+40 EUR)”, if selected, appears as a separate invoice line.

  • If a package includes a follow-up service, the add-on cannot be selected separately.

5. Group Services

Group services are confirmed only once the minimum number of participants is reached.
Until confirmation, clients remain on a waiting list and will be notified by email.

6. Payments

  • Payment is completed either:

    • via a secure payment link sent by email after booking review, or

    • on-site on the day of the session for in-person appointments.

  • Failure to complete payment means the appointment is not confirmed.

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and are subject to Finnish law and consumer protection regulations.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Client Conduct

Clients must provide accurate information and use the website and services responsibly.

9. Disclaimer

The content provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not replace emergency medical or psychological care.
In case of emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellSight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Additional Terms

  • No guarantee of outcomes: Psychological services do not guarantee specific results.

  • Client responsibility: Clients remain responsible for decisions made during or after sessions.

  • Not an emergency service: Services are not suitable for acute crisis situations.

  • Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services due to safety or behavioural concerns.

  • Intellectual property: All materials provided remain the intellectual property of WellSight and are for personal use only.

12. Confidentiality & Recordings

  • All sessions are confidential.

  • Audio or video recording of sessions is prohibited without prior written consent from both client and practitioner.

  • Unauthorised recording or distribution may result in termination of services and legal consequences.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Finnish courts, unless consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
