1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book or use services from WellSight (Pelhaj Psyk, Business ID 3506274-6), Lapinrinne 1, 00180 Helsinki, Finland. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

WellSight offers psychological consultation, therapy, and related services, provided by a psychologist licensed and regulated by Valvira (the Finnish National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health). Sessions are available in person in Helsinki and online.

We do not provide emergency or crisis services – in an emergency, please call 112.

3. Booking and payment

Sessions can be requested through the booking form on this website. A session is confirmed only once payment has been completed, except where payment on-site has been separately agreed for in-person sessions. Payments are processed securely by Mollie.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultation or therapy is treated as confidential in accordance with the professional and legal obligations of a licensed psychologist in Finland. Confidentiality may be limited in specific circumstances required by law (for example, a serious risk to safety).

6. No guarantee of outcome

Therapy and consultation are collaborative processes. While our approach is evidence-based and professionally delivered, we cannot guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes from any service.

7. Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Finnish law and, where relevant, consumer protection rules.
