• Payment information when you pay for a session online. Payments are processed by Mollie, a licensed EU payment service provider — we do not receive or store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Basic technical data generated by visiting the site (e.g. pages requested, timestamps in server logs) for security and reliability purposes.

3. Why we process your data

We process your personal data:

• To arrange, confirm, and manage appointments you request (performance of a contract).
• To process payments for services you book.
• To provide psychological consultation and therapy, with your explicit consent for any health-related information you share, and in line with the professional and confidentiality obligations of a Valvira-licensed psychologist.
• To respond to messages sent through the contact or booking forms.
• To meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations that apply to healthcare-adjacent services in Finland.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. General booking/contact enquiries that don't lead to an ongoing client relationship are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Records relating to actual consultation or therapy are kept for the period required under applicable Finnish healthcare record-keeping requirements.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:

• Mollie — to process online payments.
• Our website hosting provider, solely to operate and secure this website.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area except where a service provider above is itself EU/EEA-based or provides equivalent safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
